The USTA Middle States Section Junior Competition Committee’s registration for the National Level Boys & Girls Zonal Teams, USTA Boys & Girls Intersectional Team, and Boys & Girls National Team Championships is now open!
The National Team Championships are singles and doubles, non-elimination, round robin team events designed to introduce players to national competition in which players get to compete alongside fellow Middle States players against teams from other sections.

Selection Process
The Junior Competition Committee will select players for the national team competitions (BG 12’s, 14’s & 16’s Zone Team, BG16’s Intersectional, and BG 18’s National Team Championship Team).
The selection of our teams will be based on the players ranked in the top 100 nationally for the age division in question (no more than half of any team will be taken from the top 100 on the national standing lists of the age division in question), followed by the players ranked on the USTA MS Sectional standings list published for the age division in question.
The final selection of players is at the discretion of the Junior Competition Committee and will be determined by what is felt to be in the best interests of the Section.
